PHOTOGRAPHY & LIABILITY RELEASE

I. Photography
We’d love to see you on the big screen! Occasionally, we take images of students in
class or around the studio. These are used for promotion of the Glass Academy and
include, but not limited to, our website, Facebook, eNews, etc. We promise to only use the images where you appear like the rock star you are! Be sure to check our emails and social media and you might just see yourself in the spotlight!!
SHARE YOUR IMAGES WITH US!
Post your awesome photos on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Trip Advisor, YELP,
etc. Tag us @GlassAcademy and #GlassAcademy. You can also add your images to Google for chances to win monthly prizes!
II. Drug Use
Sure, a few beers before class or medical marijuana may not seem like a big deal to you but the safety of our students and staff is a really big deal to us. If we have any
indication or feel your not 100% in tune and on your game, we reserve the right to turn you away from participating in class without refund. Trust us, the Dearborn Police Department love us and will come over in a moments notice should we have any concern. At the end of the day, we’re a private business and have the right to refuse a student if we decide to do so.
III. Liability Clause
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that participation in glassblowing, glass
working and all other creative activities may involve inherent risk of physical injury
which includes but is not limited to, physical eort, cuts, burns, etc. and therefore
assumes all such risks. I hereby agree that all entities associated with, or responsible for,
these Creative Activities to include, but not be limited to, Glass Academy LLC and
Chris Nordin Studios and Maistrapa LLC.
