Donation Requests
Are you looking for a donation for your special event or fundraiser? Glass Academy is proud to give back to the community through contribution requests.
Our donation package includes a class for 2 to the Breathe of Michigan class, a $114 value. Also included is a pack of marketing materials to give to your clients, revelant information about the studio and where we are located.
Due to the large volume of donation requests the Glass Academy receives, all donation requests must be submitted online. Any requests submitted via social media, mail, email, or phone, will not be considered.
The following criteria must be met or the request will be denied:
- All requests must be received a minimum of 30 days before the event to be considered.
- Requests must be from non-profit organizations 501(c)(3) classifications or charities holding fundraisers and planning for tickets to be used as raffle drawings, silent auction, or auction items. Please, no donations for individuals or for-profit organizations.
- Your organization must be located within a 100 mile radius of the Glass Academy.
- Only one (1) request per organization within a 12-month period.
Please fill out the information in the form below. Any missing information will cause a denial for your donation. By filling in the required fields there is no guarantee an organization will receive a donation. (* = required fields).
If you are chosen for a donation, you will recieve an email with the next steps. All donations must be picked up during gallery hours at the Glass Academy. We will not mail the donations or set appointment for pickups. If you cannot come to pick up the donation, we will forfeit the donation.
Please note: We will not call, mail, or email our regrets due to the mass amount of requests we receive.
